Paul Clayton (Assoc CIPD)

Paul Clayton has been working in the HR field since 1989, when they began their career at Sainsbury's. During their time at Sainsbury's, they held a variety of roles, including HR Manager, Logistics; HR Officer, Logistics; Cluster HR Manager, Multi-site role; HR Manager Retail; Personnel and Training Manager; Deputy Store Manager; Retail Systems Implementation and Support Team; and Department Manager. In 2021, they joined Get Nourish3d as Head of HR and HR & Recruitment Manager. Paul is currently an Assoc CIPD.

Paul Clayton attended John Willmott School in Sutton Coldfield. Paul then went on to Sutton Coldfield College from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice from CIPD. In 2021, they obtained a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in HR Management from CIPD.
