Shounak Ghosh is the Project & Account Management Lead at NourishedRx. Shounak has been with the company for 2 years. Shounak was responsible for conducting market research and cost-benefit analysis to recommend direction and strategy for expansion of client’s programs, consistent with client’s mission, goals and financial capabilities, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Shounak also collaborated with a team of 7 to prepare reports and present findings to client’s senior leadership as a part of the Consulting practice class. Shounak was also responsible for managing and administering exams with accommodations and administrative support.
At NourishedRx, they are responsible for developing the web platform through market research, design sprints and user-testing to meet the requirements of a targeted demographic. Shounak also developed the pilot program for operations and product testing integrating different stakeholders that is currently being used by the B2B2C start-up. Shounak has also performed market research for business development and payer integration. Shounak has also performed data analysis using SAS and Excel and created presentations for CEO for strategy meetings with health plans and systems. In addition, they have developed communication tool for nutrition education and customer engagement, improving Net Promoter Score.
Shounak Ghosh has a Master of Public Health from Columbia University in the City of New York, with a focus on Comparative Effectiveness and Outcomes Research. Shounak also has a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from the Vellore Institute of Technology. Shounak graduated high school in the top 1% of their class from Delhi Public School, Ruby Park, Kolkata, and was the Head Boy of the Students' Council, President of the Interact Club, and Captain of the school Soccer team.
