Sophia Chang

Sophia Chang is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in clinical informatics, program development, and health policy. As an Independent Consultant since May 2022, Sophia serves as an Interoperability Advisor, guiding stakeholders to enhance healthcare accessibility through technology. Previously, as Chief Clinical Informatics Officer at Clover Health, Sophia played a key role in the company's transition from a tech startup to a publicly traded entity, focusing on clinical initiatives for Medicare beneficiaries.
