Spencer Pratt

Spencer Pratt began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Men's Varsity Basketball Coach at Carleton College. Spencer then joined Granite Equity Partners as a Private Equity Analyst, where they performed LBO modeling on prospective portfolio companies and designed a comprehensive 20 year financial planning model. In 2012, Spencer moved to Optum as Manager, Analytics and Strategy. In 2016, they joined Carrot Health as Vice President, Product, Strategy & Innovation. In 2022, they were appointed Vice President, Market Solutions at Unite Us. Most recently, in 2023, Spencer was appointed Vice President, Growth & Strategy at NourishedRx.

Spencer Pratt attended Carleton College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In 2010, they also attended the University of Cambridge for Economics.
