The Product Lead oversees the development cycle and ensures alignment with business goals. The Full Stack Software Engineer and Software Engineer collaborate to design, build, and optimize both the front-end and back-end systems, ensuring that the platform is efficient, user-friendly, and capable of integrating with various healthcare providers to support member engagement and improve clinical outcomes.
