Jacobien Phaff

Jacobien Phaff is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Commercial at Nouryon since February 2025, Jacobien previously held the position of HR Director EMEA at Fagron, overseeing HR for 1500 employees across 16 countries and leading a team of 18 HR professionals. Jacobien's extensive experience includes roles at UMC Utrecht as a Senior Project Manager and Strategic Advisor, and various positions at The HEINEKEN Company, focusing on HR expertise, technology implementation, and talent management on a global scale. Prior experience also encompasses leading HR projects at Royal Ahold and consulting roles in human resource development and coaching. Jacobien holds a Master’s degree in Labour and Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
