Lee Posey

Lee Posey, CMRP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the chemicals and energy sectors. Currently serving as Global Turnaround Center of Excellence Engineer at Nouryon since February 2022, Lee previously held the position of Maintenance & Engineering Manager at W. R. Grace & Co. from June 2019 to February 2022. Lee's background includes a range of roles at LyondellBasell, including Turnaround Manager, Maintenance Outage Coordinator, Interim Maintenance Manager, and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, contributing to significant operational improvements. Earlier in the career, Lee served as Senior Reliability Engineer at Valero Energy Corporation and Maintenance Engineer at BP, following a formative experience as a Co-op Engineer at DuPont. Lee holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University.
