Per Restorp is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in product development and research in the chemical industry. Currently employed at Nouryon since October 2018, Per focuses on product development of modified colloidal silica and leads cross-functional development projects, showcasing expertise in product performance optimization and upscaling trials. Prior experience includes a position at AkzoNobel, where Per also served as project leader in polymer chemicals research and development. Earlier, Per gained valuable research experience as a Research Associate at the Scripps Research Institute. Per holds a PhD in Organic Synthesis from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Lund University, and is a co-inventor on six patent applications.
