Sandra Ridell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sandra currently holds the position of Vice President HR Global Commercial & Nordics at Nouryon since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the HR Director Technlology Solutions & Nordics at Nouryon from October 2021 to August 2022.
Before joining Nouryon, Sandra worked at CONNECT, where they held the role of HR Director/Head of People & Employer Branding from November 2020 to October 2021. Sandra also served as the Chief Executive Officer of CONNECT from November 2019 to October 2020.
Sandra's experience also includes working at AstraZeneca as the HR Director/Global HR Business Partner R&D Innovative Medicines from October 2016 to October 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Staples as the HR Director Nordics from February 2016 to October 2016, and as the HR Director Sweden & Denmark from January 2015 to January 2016.
Sandra also gained valuable experience at Mölnlycke Health Care as the HR Director Sales & Marketing Region North from August 2014 to January 2015, and as the HR Manager R&D from September 2011 to August 2014.
Additionally, Sandra worked at AstraZeneca earlier in their career, holding various roles including Global Leadership & Talent Development Partner from January 2011 to September 2011, Recruitment Partner from September 2007 to January 2011, and HR Business Partner Assistant R&D from October 2006 to September 2007.
