Holly has advised governments, service providers, companies and not-for-profit organizations across large and complex projects, including in health, human services, justice and Indigenous affairs. She brings expertise in service and policy design and implementation, evaluations and reviews, strategic planning, research, facilitation and multi-stakeholder engagement.
