Aji John Joseph

Aji John Joseph is the VP of HR at Nous Infosystems. Aji has over 25 years of experience in various engineering and managerial roles.

Aji started their career as a Mech Engr at Ganesh Appliances, where they were deeply involved in building a fully Automatic washing machine from scratch. Aji then moved on to GRASIM Industries Limited, where they were responsible for SFD Plant's Central/Shift Maintenance Team (CMT) and MIS for all the Maintenance Departments. During their time at GRASIM, Aji also worked in Shift Maintenance for the first two years. In January 1995, they joined Nous Infosystems, where they have been VP of HR for the past 25 years.

Aji John Joseph earned an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from NSS College of Engineering, University of Calicut. Aji also holds certifications from ISB Executive Education in Rehumanising Leadership and Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master.

They are on a team with Venkatesh Ekambaram Iyer - Chief Revenue Officer, Sreenivasan Narayanan - EVP, Client Solutions & Marketing, and Bala Gopalakrishnan - COO. Their manager is Ajith J. Pillai, CEO.
