Rinat Levny

Rinat Levny began their career in 2004 as a recruitment manager for Amitim. Rinat then became the owner of Cbeyond, an innovative outsourcing team screening and evaluation service, in 2007. Rinat transitioned to Logic Industries in 2009, where they served as the Director of Learning and Development for six years. In 2015, they became the Head of Training Department for Meuhedet Health Services. Rinat took on the role of Director of OD & Learning at monday.com in 2019, and is currently the VP of HR at Zesty.co.

Rinat Levny has a Msc in Behavioral and Management Sciences from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a B.A in psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Rinat Levny reports to Maxim Melamedov, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Alexey Baikov - CTO & Co-Founder, Ofir Shaish - VP, Finance, and Zohar Sacks - VP, R&D.
