Antti Tapionlinna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including sports trade, consumer goods, and confectionery. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Nousua since August 2024, Antti previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Sports Trade at Kesko - K-Group, overseeing Intersport Finland Oy and managing the P&L for the sports trade business. Antti's background also includes significant roles at Berner as Business Unit Director for Consumer Goods, where responsibilities encompassed a €100M portfolio, and at Fazer, where Antti was Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President for Confectionery Finland, driving key account management and commercial strategies. Earlier experience includes directorial positions related to customer insights, strategy consulting, and product marketing within renowned companies such as Nokia and Capgemini. Antti holds a Master of Science in Engineering, specializing in Industrial Management, from Helsinki University of Technology.
