Alden Nelson

Alden Nelson has over 29 years of work experience in various roles. Alden most recently worked as the Head of HR at NOV since October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior People Dev Manager at Mitra Sinergi Performa from March 2021 to September 2023. Alden also held the position of Head of Human Resource at Casco Automotive Group - An Amphenol Company from November 2013 to March 2021. Alden has also worked at SaraRasa Biomass as an HR Manager from July 2012 to November 2013. Alden's earlier experience includes executive and senior HR roles at Sanmina from 2006 to 2012. Alden started their career as a QA Engineer at PT. Thomson Batam from September 2002 to January 2006 and served as a FO Supervisor at PT. Marina Perkasa Agung from November 1994 to November 2000.

Alden Nelson holds a Master of Management degree in Strategic Management from Universitas Internasional Batam, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universitas Kepulauan Riau Batam from 1998 to 2001. Alden also has a diploma in Hotel Management from the International Correspondence School Singapore, which they earned in 1997-1998. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in fields such as industrial relations, business processes in SAP procurement and sales order management, human capital management, talent management, and compensation and benefits.
