Hans Kjempekjenn

Hans Kjempekjenn has had a significant work experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with National Oilwell Varco. Hans has held various leadership positions in the company, including roles such as VP Global Engineering for Dynamic Drilling Solutions (DDS) and VP Global Engineering for Instrumentation, Optimization, and Monitoring (IMO). Hans has been instrumental in establishing and leading global Engineering teams within NOV. Hans has also served as a Senior Director of Global Engineering for IMO and as a Technical Manager. Prior to joining NOV, Hans worked as a System Engineer and went on to become a Manager of System Engineering and Smart Drilling Instrumentation. Hans'sextensive experience in the industry highlights their expertise in integrated instrumentation, advanced control systems, drilling, equipment optimization, and information services.

Hans Kjempekjenn completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Agder (UiA) from 1992 to 1995. Hans later pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1996 to 1998.
