Marcelo Vitola

Marcelo Vitola is an experienced engineer specializing in pipe system design and research and development. Marcelo holds a Post-Doctorate in Hydrodynamics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2006-2008) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Water Resources Engineering from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2002-2006). Professional experience includes roles as an Engineer in Pipe System Design at NOV, R&D Engineer at LabOceano/COPPE/UFRJ, and Research Engineer at both the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the Hydraulics Research Institute - UFRGS, along with serving as an Assistant Researcher at the Federal University of Rio Grande.
