Pankaj Prajapati

Pankaj Prajapati is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in compliance and accounting. Since July 2006, Pankaj has held various roles at NOV, including Compliance Manager, where responsibilities encompass SOX compliance, internal and statutory audits, and internal controls. Pankaj has also served as Controller at NOV Grant Prideco Drilling Products ME and as Accounting Manager for NOV Rig Solution, contributing to the implementation of a centralized expense reimbursement system and data migration to Oracle. Prior to NOV, Pankaj worked as an Accountant at Camtech Manufacturing LLC. Pankaj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Auditing from South Gujarat University and is a Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants.
