Spencer Oulman is currently the Director of Innovation for Low Carbon Solutions at NOV, a position held since June 2014, focusing on technology and business opportunities centered on carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS). Previous roles include Director of Innovation and SVP and Global Head of Technology and Services at NOV, where leadership was provided to teams developing innovative technologies and services for oil and gas processing markets. Prior to NOV, Spencer Oulman spent eight years at Cameron in various management roles, including Manager of Project Management and Six Sigma Business Leader. Spencer's experience also includes technology leadership at GE Plastics and participation in the Operations Management Leadership Program at GE Advanced Materials. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained in 2001.
