Erica Hensley-Lyman

Erica Hensley-Lyman is currently the Vice President and Partner at Nova Association Management Partners, a position held since August 2019. Prior to this role, Erica served as the Regional Director of the Association Division at Pinnacle Family of Companies from April 2008 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing and supporting the Association Division in the greater Portland area, focusing on the physical and financial conditions of various properties. Erica also contributed to the University of Oregon as a fundraiser for academic programs and scholarships between 2004 and 2006 while completing a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at the same institution from 2002 to 2006.
