Douglas Edasi has over 13 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry. Douglas began their career in 2007 as a Process Engineer & Risk Analyst at DNV - Oil & Gas, where they provided risk impact assessment and financial forecasting to clients assessing feasibility of expansion in projects. In 2012, they moved to Reservoir Imaging as a Process Engineer & Business Development. In 2014, they became the Operations/Manager at Huber Engineered Materials. In 2017, they took on two roles, Managing Partner at DynaCorp Ventures LLC and Project for Securitization of Oil and Gas Interests (MBA) at Raisa Energy LLC. In this role they participated with a team of seven Executive MBAs in a project to securitize O&G production and non-production working interests. Douglas designed and structured the collateralized debt obligation based on future cash flows from oil and gas working interests. In 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Nova Automation.

Douglas Edasi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA)-Executive Program from the Texas McCombs School of Business, which they completed in 2017. Douglas also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, which they earned in 2007.
