Paul Joseph Alapatt

Paul Joseph Alapatt has worked for four companies since 2011. Paul started at Tech Mahindra as a Lead Design Engineer in 2011. In 2015, they began working at RedGuard as a Graduate Research Assistant. In 2016, they joined Airxcel Commercial/Industrial Group as a Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. Paul is currently employed at NOVA Automation as a Quality Manager and Manufacturing Engineer.

Paul Joseph Alapatt has an extensive education history. Paul obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karunya Univeristy in 2011, after studying there from 2007 to 2011. Paul then attended Wichita State University from 2015 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and obtained two additional certifications in Lean Systems and Foundations of Six Sigma and Quality Improvement. In 2020 and 2021, they attended the University of the Cumberlands and obtained a Master's degree in Project Management and a Master of Business Administration. Paul also obtained a certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Excel from Udemy: Online Courses in 2020 and a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2019.
