Kelli V. is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Nova Biomedical following the merger with Advanced Instruments, Kelli has held multiple roles including Talent Acquisition Partner at Advanced Instruments and Talent Acquisition Manager at NVNA and Hospice, as well as at Allurion Technologies where Kelli also functioned as a Global Talent Partner. Previous positions include Global Senior Manager, HR & Talent Acquisition, and Senior Human Resources Manager at OnProcess Technology, as well as earlier roles in academia as a Professor and Academic Advisor at Eastern Nazarene College and a Human Resources Representative at Curry College. Kelli holds a Master of Education from Lesley University and is pursuing a Master of Human Resource Management at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Rhode Island.
