M. Sc. Jonathan Filion

Jonathan Filion, M. Sc., serves as the Director of Customer Project Management at Nova Bus since December 2017, following a prior role as Customer Project Manager. In this capacity, Jonathan acts as the customer's voice within the organization, managing cross-functional project teams to ensure contract deliverables and quality requirements are met. Previous experience includes serving as Manager of Sales Analytics & Support at Dicom Transportation Group Canada Inc., where Jonathan focused on sales performance analysis and CRM implementation, and as Project Manager at Bombardier, overseeing project costing and planning. Early career roles included Sales Associate at Société des Alcools du Québec and Teacher/Research Assistant at UQÀM. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Economics from UQAM and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from ESG UQAM.
