Veronika Joos

Veronika Joos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and project management. Currently serving as Project Manager Quality at Nova Bus since May 2023, Veronika previously worked as Quality Manager at Symbotic, where responsibilities included overseeing Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities until the manufacturing plant closure in March 2023. Between November 2017 and April 2022, Veronika held the role of Quality Assurance and Project Manager at Point 1 Displays, focusing on process reengineering and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Veronika's earlier career includes positions such as ISO Coordinator at Héroux-Devtek and Quality Assurance Supervisor at R&M Metal. Veronika's academic credentials include a Master's in Project Management from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, along with relevant certifications in Quality Auditing and Lean Six Sigma.
