Nova Clean Energy
The energy transition is accelerating, broadening, and deepening. But bottlenecks remain. High-quality development projects, advanced by management teams with the experience and capital necessary to deliver investable infrastructure at scale remain a scarce resource in many global markets. Nova Clean Energy and its parent company Bluestar Energy Capital are focused on addressing this scarcity. Through a combination of establishing our own regional development platforms as well as controlling investments in existing platforms, our mission is to be one of the largest investors of project development capital globally. Owned by a management team with an extensive global track record in wind, solar, and storage, we bring both institutional scale and an owner’s attention to detail to managing project and market risk. We are patient, creative, and invest at the scale needed to drive the energy transition.
