Michael Jäderlind

Michael Jäderlind is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within consulting and digital agencies. As the Partner and CEO of Nova Consulting Group AB since December 2020, Michael oversees operations in Sweden across five specialized agencies. Prior to this, leadership roles included Head of CRM at Grow and the conception of Odyssey AB and Nansen, both of which grew significantly under Michael's guidance. With a solid foundation in business administration and human resources from Stockholm University, complemented by advanced studies in digital strategy at Columbia Business School, Michael combines analytical expertise with innovative approaches to drive business growth and competitive advantage. Additional experience spans various managerial positions at TietoEVRY, AFRY, and Cell network, as well as project management at Newsec, supported by military service as a Captain in the Swedish Army Reserve.
