Vanessa Kowalski

Vanessa Kowalski is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Manager of People Operations at Nova Credit since November 2023. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Springtide Child Development, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR operations during substantial company growth and overseeing critical transitions during acquisition processes. As a Human Resources Generalist, Vanessa enhanced employee experience through process improvements and engagement initiatives. Previous positions include talent operations and recruitment roles at Cityblock Health, as well as recruitment positions within Success Academy Charter Schools.
