Umang Mandot

Umang Mandot is a Solar Engineer at Nova Energy, where responsibilities include supporting the discovery and development of solar energy projects, managing technical workstreams, and ensuring quality outcomes in project delivery. Previously, in the role of Technical Coordinator at Nova, responsibilities encompassed facilitating seamless technical handovers, coordinating project manuals and training, and conducting feasibility assessments for large-scale solar projects. Prior experience includes a position as a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer at Todd Corporation, where hands-on experience was gained in plant commissioning and performance evaluation, as well as roles at ARYZTA as a Sanitor and at Kalpak Industries as a Design Engineer. Umang Mandot holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Auckland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
