Neil Chopra

Neil Chopra is a Solar Project Engineer at Solar Landscape since September 2023, specializing in designing electrical and equipment layouts for solar projects with AutoCAD and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project success from design to construction. Previously, as a Project Estimator at Bonland Industries, Inc. from August 2021 to September 2023, Neil fabricated complex HVAC models and improved project estimates, contributing to an additional $100 million in secured jobs. Neil also garnered experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, where research focused on maximizing economic value for a campus solar project, and led a Senior Design Project that improved production line efficiency. Additional roles showcased expertise in energy efficiency proposals and patient care, with a strong academic foundation in Energy Engineering and a minor in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University.
