Chelsea Stark has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chelsea is currently employed at NOVA Entertainment as an Agency Group Sales Manager and an Account Director since September 2021 and July 2023, respectively. Prior to that, they worked as an Event Director and Event Manager at FCM Meetings & Events from March 2018 to September 2021. Chelsea also gained experience as an Event Manager at Event Travel Management ANZ from October 2017 to April 2018 and as a Senior Event Coordinator at ATPI from June 2016 to September 2017. Before that, they served as a Travel & Event Coordinator and Travel Executive at The Appointment Group from April 2015 to June 2016 and from January 2014 to April 2015, respectively. Chelsea's early career includes roles as a Team Leader at Flight Centre from August 2012 to January 2014, an Operations Coordinator at The National Trust of Australia (Victoria) from May 2011 to April 2012, and Front Desk & Operations at Walt Disney World, Florida from July 2009 to July 2010.
Chelsea Stark attended Mount Eliza Secondary College from 2002 to 2003 and received a Victoria Certificate of Education. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Certificate III in Children's Services at Chisholm Institute of Tafe. Lastly, from 2006 to 2011, Chelsea studied at Victoria University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Tourism/Event Management.
