Erica Jenkins

Erica Jenkins is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in strategic sales leadership and agency management. Currently serving as Group Sales Director at NOVA Entertainment since July 2024, Erica previously held various key roles at ARN from April 2014 to April 2024, including Independent Agency Sales Director for Melbourne and Sydney, where responsibilities included maintaining high-level agency relationships, achieving revenue targets, and leading high-performance business units. Other notable positions at ARN encompassed Group Business Director, Sydney Agency Sales Director, and Senior Group Sales Manager, all focused on revenue growth and team development. Earlier in the career, Erica worked at Southern Cross Austereo and managed agency campaigns and client relationships.
