Tom Sedlacek

Tom Sedlacek began their career in 1999 as a Junior Delphi Developer at Advent Software Pvt. Ltd. Tom then worked as a Delphi Application Developer at 80-20 Software from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they joined NOVA Entertainment as a Senior Network Software Developer and remained with the company until 2014. During their tenure, they held various roles including Technology Solutions Architect, Infrastructure and Platforms Manager, and most recently, Head of IT.

Tom Sedlacek attended La Trobe University from 1998 to 2001. During their time there, they focused on studying computers, although they did not complete a specific degree. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Monash University from 2000 to 2005.
