Patrick Levenhagen

Patrick Levenhagen is an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor currently at NOVA® Home Loans since December 2022, previously holding the same title at Hometown Lenders, Inc. from April 2022 to December 2022. Patrick's career in mortgage advising began at Peak Mortgage, a division of Finance Of America Mortgage LLC, where services were provided from October 2014 to April 2022. With a strong consultative approach, Patrick focuses on customizing home financing solutions to help clients meet their financial goals. Prior to a career in mortgage advising, Patrick worked as a machinist at Myrmo and Sons and Jamco Engineering, where responsibilities included manufacturing and repairing machine parts. Patrick holds a degree in Welding Technologies from Umpqua Community College and a diploma in General Studies from Douglas High School.
