Robert Sponsel

Robert Sponsel, MBA has a diverse work history with key roles in finance and administration. Robert served as Vice President at Nova Flex LED since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Consultant at Salo, a Korn Ferry company. Robert also held leadership positions at M3 Structure Services, Inc., Metropolitan Dental Management, Inc., Norwest Bank Minnesota (now Wells Fargo Bank), and Cargill, showcasing a strong background in financial management and business operations.

Robert Sponsel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Prior to that, they completed two Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees, one in Accounting and the other in Information Systems Analysis and Design, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, Robert holds certifications as a Certified Cash Manager (CCM) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), both currently inactive.
