Jonathan Chaim

Jonathan Chaim has a diverse range of work experience. Jonathan is currently serving as the Vice President at Nova Group, GBC. Prior to that, they worked at Arbor Realty Trust as the Director of Debt Originations, where they specialized in financing Multifamily, Single-Family, and Build-to-Rent assets nationwide. Jonathan also served as an Originator at Arbor Realty Trust. Before their time at Arbor Realty Trust, Jonathan worked as a Senior Funding Specialist at Bizfi and as a Commercial Loan Officer at Pancho Real Estate Holdings. Jonathan began their career in the Israel Defense Forces, serving in the IDF Spokesperson's Unit from 2012 to 2014.

Jonathan Chaim obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interactive Media & Persuasive Communications from Reichman University in 2012. From 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Diplomacy & Strategic Negotiations from the same institution, Reichman University.
