Lawrence Fernandez

Lawrence Fernandez is an experienced project manager with a robust background in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments for various property types, including commercial and industrial facilities. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Nova Group since April 2020, Lawrence previously held the position of Senior Field Manager at EBI Consulting since February 2014, where responsibilities also included due diligence services for real estate transactions. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Associate at Nova Consulting from 2008 to February 2014 and Project Manager at Property Solutions from January 1998 to November 2001. Lawrence holds a B.S. in Engineering and Environmental Sciences with a focus in Environmental Engineering from The University of Notre Dame, earned between 1993 and 1997.
