Davorin Okorn

Davorin Okorn has a diverse background in risk management and credit risk. Davorin currently holds the position of Director of Credit Risk Management at Nova KBM d.d., a role they have held since May 2020. Prior to this, they were the Head of Credit Risk Underwriting at Nova KBM d.d. from February 2017 to May 2020.

In addition to their current role, Davorin has also been appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board at ALEJA finance d.o.o. starting from October 2021.

Their previous work experience includes roles such as Head of Risk Management Department at KBS banka d.d. from March 2016 to January 2017, as well as Head of Risk Controlling at Raiffeisen banka d.d. from March 2015 to February 2016. Before that, Davorin worked as a Country Retail Risk Portfolio Manager at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank International AG and as a Risk Analytics and Reporting Manager at Raiffeisen banka d.d.

Davorin began their career as a Risk Analyst at Raiffeisen banka d.d. in March 2009 and previously worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Univerzum Minerva Maribor in 2008.

Davorin Okorn studied at the Faculty of Natural Science and Mathematics in Maribor from 2005 to 2010, earning a degree in Mathematics. In 2008-2009, they also attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they pursued further studies in Mathematics.
