Salle Y. is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in advisory and board roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an advisor at SparkLabs Group and The Rounds, and a board member at Nova Labs and Qwick, Salle Y. is also a limited partner at Construct Capital, Operator Collective, and January Ventures, focusing on investments in diverse and female-led startups. Previous leadership roles include Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at IonQ and Uber, as well as a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP.
