Jafer Sadik (Assoc. CIPD) serves as the Head of Human Resources at Nova Labs since June 2022, where leadership and organizational development are key responsibilities. Previously, Jafer held the position of Finance & HR Manager at MBJ Group from September 2021 to May 2022. A significant portion of Jafer's career was spent at SGB BY BRANDSAFWAY, from March 2008 to August 2021, where roles included HR and Admin Manager in Qatar, overseeing recruitment and policy development, and Senior Accountant, managing fixed asset and account reconciliations. Early career experience includes serving as Chief Accountant at EMKE Group from September 2004 to January 2008. Jafer holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, a Bachelor of Commerce, and multiple CIPD qualifications in Human Resource Management.
