Silje Lübbe has over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry. Silje began their career in 2004 as a Senior Commercial Coordinator for Giorgio Armani & DKNY Jeans Club 21 UK (Member of Como Group). In 2008, they moved to Boutique 1 Group LLC as a Senior Merchandiser. In 2010, they joined Harvey Nichols (Kuwait) & Arcadia brands (MENA region) M. H. AlShaya Co. as a Brand Merchandising Manager, where they were in charge of business planning, budgeting, and reporting for 200+ luxury brands. In 2014, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at AlOthman & Tabiat Fashion Co., overseeing the day to day running of the luxury fashion retailer. In 2017, they became the Founder & CEO of Nova Octo.
Silje Lübbe attended the University of the Arts London from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism.
