Caroline Wolfe Stewart

Caroline Wolfe Stewart serves as the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations at Nova Scotia College of Nursing since October 2019, leading non-legislative operations and integrating various functional areas to enhance business performance. Concurrently, Caroline operates as the Consultant/Owner of CWS Business Consulting, guiding organizations in strategic planning and change management since February 2014. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at The Berkeley, Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Shannex Healthcare, and Regional Vice President at Crothall Services Canada, among others. Caroline holds an MBA from Saint Mary's University and various certificates in management and change, including a Certified Change Management Practitioner designation and a Service Excellence Certificate from the Ritz Carlton Leadership Centre.
