Sue Smith

Sue Smith is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in executive roles. Currently serving as the CEO & Registrar of the Nova Scotia College of Nursing since June 2019, Sue previously held the same title at the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia from January 2015 to June 2019. Earlier career contributions include significant leadership positions at Canadian Blood Services, where Sue served as Executive Director for both the OneMatch Stem Cell and Marrow Network and Plasma Products & Services from January 2005 to December 2013. Sue holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from The Graduate Institute, completed between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Dalhousie University, earned from 1976 to 1981.
