Chiechezonam Nwosu

Chiechezonam Nwosu is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system analysis and IT service management. Currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at Nova Scotia Health Authority since June 2023, Chiechezonam previously worked as a Configuration Management Analyst for the Government of Nova Scotia and as a Senior Consultant in Technology Risk at EY. Prior to these roles, Chiechezonam held positions at Unisys as a Field Engineer and at Fidelity Bank PLC, where responsibilities included leading IT service management processes and supporting IT operations. Additional experience includes serving as a Service Desk Analyst at Fidelity Bank and UBA, where expertise in incident management, software deployment, and customer service was developed. Chiechezonam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
