Chris Cook

Chris Cook is currently serving as a Chronic Disease and Wellness Navigator at Nova Scotia Health Authority since February 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Case Manager and workshop facilitator at Island Employment Association for five years. Before that, they served as the Executive Director at East Novability Society for Persons With Disabilities for ten years. Chris has a background as a Care Coordinator at Dept of Health from 2005 to 2007, a Clinical Therapist at Family Service of Eastern Nova Scotia from 2002 to 2005, and as a Child protection worker at Children's Aid Society Inverness Richmond from 2000 to 2001.
