Janelle Richer

Janelle Richer is an experienced health services manager currently serving at Nova Scotia Health Authority since October 2021 in roles such as Health Services Manager for Primary Health Care and Vascular & General Surgery. Prior to this, Janelle held a position as Unit Manager for General Medicine/Geriatrics at Alberta Health Services from January to June 2021. Janelle's career includes significant leadership experience as Primary Care Manager at Mosaic Primary Care Network, where responsibilities included managing the integration of primary care services and overseeing a multidisciplinary team. Janelle began nursing career as a Primary Care Nurse and Critical Care Nurse while gaining advanced education with a Master's degree in Health Studies from Athabasca University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Memorial University. Additional qualifications include a Management Development Certificate from Mount Royal University.
