Jessica Mossman

Jessica Mossman is a seasoned professional in health management and administration with extensive experience in public health and mental health initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager of Health Protection at Nova Scotia Health Authority since November 2023, Jessica has held various leadership roles, including Chief Administrative Officer at both the Canadian Center for Vaccinology and Nova Scotia Health Authority. With a solid background that includes project management in health protection and policy planning, Jessica has previously worked in executive positions across multiple organizations, focusing on aspects of corporate affairs, program management, and public health administration. Jessica is pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, complementing an educational foundation that includes a Master of Public Administration from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Western University.
