David Lingard

David Lingard has extensive experience in geographic information systems and electrical distribution management, currently serving as a SCADA/DMS Specialist at Nova Scotia Power since April 2012. In this role, responsibilities include transitioning the graphics workload into GIS for field workers and electrical engineers, as well as managing the ADMS model and ensuring quality assurance and control. Prior to this position, David held roles as a GIS Sustainability Coordinator and GIS Data Collector at Nova Scotia Power, contributing to the electrical distribution network's GIS data model. Additionally, David served as Team Leader and Quality Control Manager at Sun Gro Horticulture from 2000 to 2007. Educational background includes studies at the Centre of Geographic Sciences and Hants North Rural High.
