Jason MacFadyen

Jason MacFadyen's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Jason currently works at Nova Scotia Power as an Operational Technology Lead. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Manufacturing at Reftek Systems Inc. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Production Manager at Focal Technologies Corporation. Before that, from 2017 to 2020, they served as the Director of Operations at MetOcean Telematics. Their longest tenure was at Satlantic LP, where they held multiple roles such as Director of Operations and Business Systems, Business System Lead, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, and Electronics Engineering Technologist from 1996 to 2017.

Jason MacFadyen pursued their education beginning in 1993 when they attended the Nova Scotia Institute of Technology. Jason completed a two-year program and obtained an Electronics Engineering Technology Diploma by the end of 1995. In 2013, Jason enrolled at the Sobey School of Business, where they dedicated himself to earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) for a span of two years until 2015. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Google Project Management Career Certificate through Coursera in July 2023.
