Victor Zhu

Victor Zhu is currently the Manager of IT Service Delivery at Nova Scotia Power. Prior to this role, Victor held various positions in IT Service Management within organizations such as Halifax Regional Municipality and the Government of Nova Scotia. With a background in Enterprise Architecture and Business Intelligence, Victor has extensive experience in leading ITSM transformation processes and implementing automation on various platforms. Victor holds a Master of Engineering degree in Internetworking from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics from Zhejiang University.
