Colleen K. is a seasoned policy analyst currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst in Corporate Policy and Strategy at the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency since October 2023. Previously, Colleen worked as a Policy Analyst at the Association of Municipal Administrators Nova Scotia, where responsibilities included researching municipal policy issues, conducting jurisdictional scans, and representing the organization on various provincial committees. Colleen’s experience also includes a role as a Research Officer focusing on Canada-United States and Military Relations with the Government of Nova Scotia, along with positions as an Outreach and Engagement Coordinator at the Institute of Public Administration of Canada and a Research Assistant at Dalhousie School of Public Administration. Colleen's academic background consists of a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from Dalhousie University.
